How is it going for you?

Naff Tuesday, Better Wednesday and Betfair kindly did a late withdrawal on that first race today, so a bit of a cock up there but hoping for a steady Thursday.

Lost £606 in the last 2 days so not great :?

I've found york very hard to trade but my losses have come from me being silly really, 1 big loss messing about in play and 1 from getting angry and using stakes over a grand.

As it was a rank outsider and had no RF did it cause issues because you were making a book or was it for some other reason?

I have found it pretty mediocre tbh the manipulation has just killed it off for me really, not expecting much from the rest of it and looking forward to my 2 days off.

Also it is York not Yark

Done quite well out of the inplay strategy, but failing on the pre race, am your opposite :P

Having a much better day today, but a fair slice of luck is helping.

Had an open lay on Sariska when it planted in the stalls in the Oaks, best fluke in ages! Of course could have been the other way around quite easily so I'll have to bank that.

I just got caught thanks to that loose horse, so what goes around comes around! Just thought it may last longer than a few races!

And the loss is back with substantial interest :)

Smashed into the fav there with all my bank as it played up - happy days again :D

Tuesday was uninspiring, Wednesday I pulled in a very decent daily total at the higher range of my daily goal target, although considering the festival at York, it should have been double compared with other big events. Today feels like another day that I just have to grind out a decent total, finding myself taking profits slightly quicker than normal rather than leaving all or part of it on the 'ladder', less speculating, more spade work gradually putting together a reasonable but uninspiring daily total...

Not as enjoyable compared to days when 'things' just flow...

Been the best day for me today. Steady but unspectacular some nice results and some naff ones but no negative races, Sandown made a useful contribution.

Amazing to see a horse priced at 263 win the feature!!
