Help needed big project

Ok I have over one years worth of CSV files data when a goal is scored using my own in play ratings for football matches.

Right what I am wanting, to bring all these files into one big database that is updated daily with a new CSV file ?

What can be gleaned from this.

1. Use of my inplay program website.
2. When a match hits a certain point you can expect a goal to come.
3. You can see when a team hits the rating required there is likely to be a goal.
4. With the data is the time the goal is scored.

The ops are endless just need a smart coder to bring this altogether in one large data base.

I already have small markers stuff done in excel when a goal is coming in a point in the match which seems very good indicator. This morning its predicted a goal coming in the first half for 4 matches and proved correct this happens daily but want to make it a lot easier to see.
