Offset bet with greening

Relative newbie to bet angel, looking for an answer to the following. I am trialing a new bot I have created which is placing a lay offset bet with greening. I only want it to fire in a new bet once the offset bet (back part) has been matched, so using the unmatched bets condition only limits the bet being placed until the the lay part is matched, then it fires in another lay bet. Therefore I end up with numerous lay bets on the same selection that haven't been matched which racks up the losses pretty quickly. Any way I can do this please?

Add a 'Fill or Kill Bet Time' condition
is greater than 'X'

and just ensure it set to 1 second longer than any in-play delay time of the market you are trading
