Lay bet with offset

I place a lay bet with an offset and greening at 4 ticks. If the market turns I want to green up the bet (for a loss) at say 10 ticks and cut my losses. Offset bet with greening and stop in the global settings does not seem to do this for me. Any advice greatly appreciated.

Hey Andrew, Im new here so may not be a trustable source 
Ive used 'Offset bet with greening' and 'Offset bet with greening and stop' via global setting and both have worked as you would expect. Are you using One click display or Ladder?
Be sure you have the 'Use global settings' button uncrossed. Also keep in mind that if you're using fill/kill bets the offset bet will not show until original bet is matched. If you're using a Stop, the bet will not be placed until the trigger is reached (you define this trigger in Global).
