Help with these files

I wonder if somebody could look at these files and tell me why the Horses - place back bet baf file does not trigger .. what I would like to happen is based on the place market price that is passed over I would like a Back bet place in the win market for the same horse at the odds or near as. It seems to log the place price but does not place the back bet
