Using stored values to place a bet?

Hi guys, I've created a stored value automation that allows me to watch the market movers, but was wondering if I could add something that lays the biggest market mover? Thanks in advance

This is 100% possible but can you provide a bit more detail? Is this horses/football, what time scale do you want to assess and how do you define a big mover (up 10 ticks, down 10 etc...)?
