Number of Trigger for Both PreRace & InPlay Systems?

I've got a kicking Pre-Race system that's doing well. I'm also playing around with an In-Play system, which is doing OK. In terms of 'Number Of Placed Bet Triggers Condition, If I wanted the market to trigger once Pre- Race, and once In-Play, how would I go about doing that?

There's several ways you could do it and it largely depends on your over all setup which is best, without knowing that I'd suggest having a set of rules for each
So arm some for pre-play, then add another set for in-play and use whichever condition's work best
