APING Exception

Hi All,

Longtime lurker, first time poster.

Just wondering if anyone can explain the below exception that has been occurring all day today :

APING Exception: APING, , -32099|ANGX-0006|BetAngelHelper.APINGErrorData

Have been running the same guardian automation file for a while now and have not seen this before. This error is causing bets not to fire.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Is this a Betfair or Bet Angel issue?

This error was occuring when placing multiple bets using 'every' selection in gaurdian automation, it would regulary miss firing for 1 or 2 selections.

Is there a way to flag when this is happening, via gaurdian automation, and put in condition to stop placing bets?

Its a Betfair error message and issue on their end.

There's been a few reports of this today but it should be something that they’ll identify and fix themselves fairly quickly.

-32099 & ANGX-0006 relate to error details DSC-0037 (forbidden) which is "user is not subscribed to the app key provided"
Am guessing something wrong with BF end with recognising BA client connects properly?
