Setting liability to a percentage of balance

I'm sure it's been covered in the forum but I can't seem to find information on this topic. I'm trying to set bet angel to place lay trades that will result in a liability equal to a certain percentage of a betfair account balance. Is this possible? I presume someone has already automated this. Thanks in advance Dallas (or whoever answers this query [Dallas])
