Guardian not refrewshing

Help Please,

I have guardian open in 3 different practice modes and for some reason they have all stopped refreshing, they have been working fine for days now, although not open consistently for days at a time. I can confirm that my refreh rate is set to 200ms and that my internet connection is sound. Must be something obvious if someone could please point me in the right direction

Thanks for reply Dallas, I now realise that Betfair is down. How often does this happen? I was fortunate that I was in practice mode but would have been expensive if not. Is this something we just have to live with?

A general guide would be 2-3 major outages (30mins to a few hours) a year
Once a month for minor outages (sticky/frozen) but lasting only a few mins
Probs around 30-50 'blips' where they cock-up the start of a race, don't turn a market/s in-play etc

Have a read back though that thread I linked to, that will give you an idea of the frequency of issues

There are ways of minimizing and potential damage, not just from BF outages
