I'm planning on setting up some automation for pre-off horse racing.
Does anyone have any advice on 'good practice' rules to include?
So far I have the following:
Market must not be in-play
Green up all selections 10 seconds before off time

I was thinking of adding a condition to check that the no. of runners hasn't changed in the last 5 minutes so that the bot doesn't trigger when the odds change after a late withdrawal but I haven't figured out how to go about this yet.

Is it worth including a 'fix order of market selections' condition or is that not necessary?

Thanks

5 minutes is a bit excessive isn't it? The market usually reforms within a minute if it's just before the off.
