Getting an error when trying to load Bet Angel in practise mode while already have Bet Angel running in live mode. Is it not possible to have a version of live and practise running together on the same machine? If not then is it possible to have one machine running live and another machine running in practise?

I do that by running separate instances of BA ie a copy of program and settings - also have to edit a config file - not too difficult

Thanks but sounds too complicated to me.

So annoying, it seems trying to load a practise version also caused my live version to stop communicating at the same time. In typical fashion this then went on to cost me £££s in the next race before I realised what was going on.

Never had an issue running the 2 at the same time, I simply trigger off one then start up the same program by just double clicking on it on the desktop
I don't have to worry about different configs or setups.

Is this one in live and one in practise mode? I have no issues running multiple live versions at the same time but got the error when I tried to run live and practise at the same time.

I've run live and practice side by side happily for ages

Live on left, practice on right.
Doesn't matter which way I start them up. I have a desktop shortcut which I trigger the 2nd one from or I use the start button and then access BA from there

What is the actual error message that it's throwing at you?
All well and good me sharing screenshots without actually trying to help you

This is the error that I get. And strangely the open live version then partially crashes. It looks like it's working fine and I seem to get inbound market data ok, but any attempt to place trades is ignored.

When your logging in if you look at your details theirs no username or password as the field is blank so bet angel doesn`t recognise you , I get this every now and again for what reason i haven`t a clue I just press the X to close the app and start again that normally sorts it out
