Testing problems
Hi Everyone. I'm new to automation so bear with me. I'm testing a b2l bot that backs with an off set lay bet 30 seconds pre off, and then keeps the lay bet 20 seconds pre off. It's worked well all day, but I just happened to be in my office during a race this evening and noticed that the lay bet was not there. If it had been, my trade would have worked. A similar thing happened the other day on the first race of the day, but as my keep rule was set at 10 seconds, I put it down to the fact that the race went off slightly early, i.e. before the keep rule had triggered. Hence my reason for putting the keep rule back to 20 before the off. So my question is, if the bot has been performing as it should do all day, what might be the reasons why my back bet was placed but my lay bet was not in the market this evening.
