When using a history list to build history of a variable what portions of a second does it break time down into?
eg if I was to use '1 second ago' then would it be near enough 1000 millisecs ago every time or could it be anywhere from 1 millsec to 1000 millisec depending on where within a second the trigger happens to fall?
