In case you are not on our mailing list, the following was distributed this morning;
We are very pleased to announce that there has been some significant changes to the TPD Zone Live Data subscription plans.
In anticipation of additional US tracks being hosted, the number of races in the ‘High’ subscription plan has been increased from 900 per month to 1,200 per month, with the price remaining exactly the same.
Further, in response to customer feedback, a completely new level of subscription has been introduced. The all new ‘Intermediate’ plan bridges the gap between the 100 racers per month in the Lite plan and the 450 races that are available in the Standard plan.
The Intermediate plan offers 200 races per month at a cost of £40 per month.

This maybe of interest - the 2025 New Year’s message from Will Duff-Gordon, the TPD CEO. Some exciting innovations planned for 2025, including the introduction of RMG (Racecourse Media Group) tracks to TPD Zone.

Please be aware that due to some contractual complexities TPD have lost the rights to the data from Fakenham, at least in the short term - it will return to the TPD portfolio at the time of our onboarding RMG tracks per se - which will be pretty soon.

This is obviously a really exciting update. A couple of questions, will the amount of races accessible at each subscription level remain the same? Given that there will be access to so many more on a day to day basis. Also, have you been storing on pars or will it take some time for these to be come available as they will be new courses?TPD-Zone wrote: ↑Wed Jan 15, 2025 12:49 pmThis maybe of interest - the 2025 New Year’s message from Will Duff-Gordon, the TPD CEO. As we will be very soon into the month of March and with the on-boarding of RMG due to be completed at some point towards the end of March, we will publish some details next week, around the necessary changes which are required to be made to the TPD Zone infrastructure - the subscription model being an obvious one.
A point which may not be generally known is that RMG have a tracking partner, Coursetrack, who have been collecting GPS data for some time now. So the majority of the in-running metrics should be pretty much the same (to be confirmed by the TPD Developers).
More next week - enjoy your weekend.

Will you still be providing data for non RMG-affiliated racecourses, ie those previously covered by GMAX?
Yes - the RMG courses are in addition to everything we provide today.ShaunWhite wrote: ↑Sat Feb 22, 2025 12:13 pmWill you still be providing data for non RMG-affiliated racecourses, ie those previously covered by GMAX?

Are there any specific topics you are looking forward to learning from these courses? Are there any topics you hope will be covered in the new course that you think will be useful to you?
