Undocked One Click Screen

We were all new to Bet Angel once. Ask any question you like here and fellow forum members promise not to laugh. Betfair trading made simple.

I've just changed my screen layout across two screens, and have undocked the one click screen and moved it to a second screen, everything works fine apart from hovering over the jockey silks which when docked shows the stall, form etc but undocked the info does not come up! Any one else have this issue?
