As a horses odds go out towards the very end of the race as the fade, I'd like to be able to lay at say odds of 10 and then instantly (in milliseconds) set a stop loss (back bet) at 9.8.

Is there a way to do this within bet angel or is this something you'd need to do in spreadsheet?

Many thanks

Just use the universal settings, setting up the stop for a tick or two.

if im reading correctly, you are talking about inplay. if so dont forgot about betfairs imposed bet submissition delay. personally i think if that is the case, you could be opening yourself up to whole lotta of grief.

Totally agree, you can lay at that price but its dodgy as the market is very Volitile at that point of the race, am usually out by the 2nd last fence or between the 3rd and 2nd furlong pole if my stop is hit am out and diciplined to stay out, because usally the next ones a greener
