Good morning
I've just signed up to Bet Angel Pro and want to try and get started as soon as possible.
I'm not in front of a computer for much of the day and so for many of my trades I want to be able to set them up in the morning and then (hopefully) come home to a slightly increased bank later on
For my first strategy, I would like to be able to place a back trade for a tennis player (at market price) pre match starting and then lay at lower odds once game has gone in-play.
Here's the stupid bit - I know that if I place the same back and lay amount and they get matched, I effectively have a free bet but no greening - how do I get the lay part of the bet matched with automatic greening if I'm not by the computer to green up - I'm sure this is blindingly obvious but I'm a bit stuck
All help gratefully received
Cheers
Steve
A "probably stupid" Newbie question
You can either use 'Offset Bet with greening' (also enabling fill/kill will prevent the offset bet being placed until after the opening bet is filled)vetinry wrote: ↑Fri Jul 22, 2022 12:01 pmGood morning

Or if using Automation you can use a 'Close trade on selection with greening' rule, the parameters tab will allow you to set where the bet is placed at
Thanks Dallas
I can see the offset with greening but isn't that just place a new trade at a certain number of ticks from the first?
If want to back at 1.73 and lay at 1.3 or back at 1.51 and lay at 1.2, how will that work?
I know how to place a trade into the ladder but as I say, if I use the same stake than I just get the free bet and not the greening across the market
Sorry if I'm being stupid
Cheers

If the number of ticks very then using the offset bet with greening won't work (unless you want to change the number of ticks/percentage before placing each bet)vetinry wrote: ↑Fri Jul 22, 2022 12:24 pmThanks Dallas

If placing the bets manually and the opening one is matched straight away you can just click the figure in the trade profit column adjacent to the price you want to exit at and that will place the green up bet at that price with the stake calculated for you
