Lack of Serial Number

Hi i bought BAP and I check my email box and I didnt receive the serial number. The support didn't respond

Could you tell me how i can dope out this problem?

I checked the junk box. I always receive the mail ,,Downloading your digital product" with serial but not this time

These should arrive together, but somebody will be in touch to sort this out for you. Sorry about any problems. We haven't had any others come through so not sure what caused this.

I too received no serial number after payment yesterday morning. I emailed support with paypal receipt yesterday and this morning I received the Thank you for your order from Bet Angel email but no serial number.
I have emailed support twice today with no reply, don't want to miss another days trading and are hoping someone can chase this up.

I've spoken to the admin team and they've extended your account expiry manually so that you should now be able to log-in. Sorry that the serial number e-mail failed to reach you.
