Relative historic stored value comparison

How can i compare a stored value now to 2 seconds ago for example? i can do with Historic Relative odds condition but can figure out to use stored values instead of odds.

I think you store your value in a "history list" and then you can use conditions to test if "value stored in history list < or > or = " now or X secs ago.

Thanks mate let me have a look at this, i do have data in history list but not the stored value so will see if i can save that in there.
