I am completely new to betfair horse racing scalping. I purchased the course about a year ago. I am finding it extremely difficult to comprehend the very basic concept of it all. I will be prepared to pay someone for an hour for a face to face tuition.

One to One training
I wouldn't advise paying anyone.
Firstly the majority of anyone offering this type of service is unlikely to be profitable themselves and will just be out to scam you. Even if they were profitable it's not really a transferable skill and can have a negative impact on your learning journey as things start to contradict each other.
I had tens of hours of (free) one-to-one mentorship/calls for manual trading and although it felt like it was helping at the time, I wasn't really getting any closer to becoming profitable

Do you understand the basics of what a back bet and a lay bet are? What is it that you don't understand? For starters, be wary of anyone who offers their services.....it doesn't mean they are profitable themselves
Secondly, watching somebody else do something successfully doesn't mean you'll automatically have those skills
How much money do you think Roger Federer would charge for 1 hour of tennis training?......whatever the cost, you're not going to start playing like him
