Guys, just been obsereving a footie match, in which the home team were favs slightly versus the away team.
pre match pricing was 2.4ish for home 3.35ish for away side in the 1x2 market.
pre kick off home side drifted dramtically just pre kick off from 2.4s to 2.8ish... so i thought mmmmm strange !!!
no injuries or poor line up announced by home side etc...
then as the match got going both sides played reasonably ok, neither side dominating... the home side continued to drift, and the away side instead of lengthening odds too stayed fairly static as did the draw.
the away sides odds continued pretty much static ish until 75 mins, the draw shortened but not as much as wit would normally..... the game was still 0-0...
i cant help but think that at times the markets are severly manipulated...
also for those of you that trade correct scores...
the game looked odds on to be a 0-0ish game.
0-0, 1-0 odds both stayed pretty static for at least 20 minutes after kick off. only the 0-1 was coming in rather than the usual all three...
liquidity was reasonable but not too good...
game ended 1-0... cant help think somebody put a lot of effort making the market perform that way...
it made me nervous so i basically just watched...
what do you guys think and what do you do when you see such odd market behaviour..

yes ive seen similarly strange market behaviour in greek lower league games and bulgarian and russian games in the past. although not so much recently.
