Betfair picture lag

Hi all

Over the past week I've found that when I watch racing on the Betfair mobile app (I'm often away from my desk) I've been experiencing considerable lag, stuttering etc.

Typically the picture plays for a second then pauses for about 4 seconds before playing for a second and so on.

I can watch racing on my William Hill app and that plays smoothly no problem.

I tend to use the mobile app as the tablet I've currently got can run Bet Angel ok but the internet speed is not great (Wi fi).

I was curious as to whether those who use the desktop site have had any issues with pictures.
