Premium Charge taken twice

Hi,

Anyone else had their premium charge taken twice today?

I have raised a ticket with Betfair.

Also .. haven't raised a ticket. Hopefully they will have the sense to fix it across the board.

Second charge now refunded...

Betfair debited me at 14:26, then again at 14:40 and reversed it at 16:24

That hints that it's a manual process.
