Hi everyone

I'm new to this forum so if i'm asking a question thats been asked a hundred times before please forgive me.

When a horce race is in play the activity on the trading screen seems to be about 15 seconds ahead of any pictures or commentary that is available whether it be ATR, William Hill or Racing UK etc. For instance you will see the finish of a race reflected in the market 20 seconds or so before the race ends on TV. My question is where are the people who are trading getting their information from? Hope this is clear.

They would either be at the track with some handheld device or laptop using a 3g connection or the racecourses wifi conncection, or will be using SIS or turf tv which are as near to live as possible, think 2-3 second delay with these services, if I am wrong or missed anything else I'm sure someone will add to my reply!
