Using History List Data in Automation Rule

Hello

I have created a history list that stores the LTP of the favourites in horse races. How do I reference this data as a condition in an automation rule?

Eg I would like to compare the nth last value with the current LTP.

Is this possible?

Assuming you are updating the history list every second you'd use a

Stored Value condition
and test a selections LTP
is XXXXX
Than a Historical held value
in History List 'X'
