Help please, I want to set an automation for use on Greyhound Racing. I want to place a bet on the Favourite provided it is in a certain Trap and also the 2nd Favourite has to be in a certain trap, so for example:

Back the Favourite if it is in Trap 1 but only if the 2nd Favourite is in Trap 5.

I can sort the first bit, so the back the favourite bit, but cant get the conditions right to check the trap of the 2nd Favourite?

Any help greatly appreciated.

Try this
viewtopic.php?f=56&t=22287

Specifically for what you want i'd use a 'Set/Modify Signal' rule applied to Betfair row 5
Then add two relative odds conditions to test the following

the selections back price is greater
then the back price
of the selection by order of favouritism 1

the selections back price is less
then the back price
of the selection by order of favouritism 3

Then add a 'Signal set' condition to your main back/lay rule to test that the signal is set

So,

If these are the conditions of the Place Bet rule and the selection is the Favourite will this work to meet the following:

Back Fav if in Trap 2 and 2nd Fav is in Trap 5

Or

Back Fav if in Trap 4 and 2nd Fav is in Trap 1 or 6

Or

Back Fav if in Trap 5 and 2nd Fav is in Trap 1 or 2

The Market Name condition will contain the track name, so for example Perry Barr.
