Does anyone know what the figure in brackets next to the number of triggers means? It's a rule that fires on every selection.

The first number is how many times the rule has triggered on one or more selections
The second number (the one you are asking about) is how many times the rule has triggered on Every selection
The third is the maximum number of times a rule can trigger

Cheers Dallas. So from that graphic, has the rule reached the limit of its triggers or can it keep triggering until it's triggered on every selection?

Its reached the limit of its triggers and not every selection met your conditions when it did trigger
