Automation and manual trading

I have some pre set strategies which I automate, however I also want to trade the same horse racing markets manually to either swing or scalp pre race.

Is this possible to do simultaneously or does one mess about with the other to skew the results/profits

Lastly, how can I green up my manual trades if I have automated trades in the system which I want to leave to run until the end of the race.

All bets from the same account will be visible no matter where/how you view the market - it doesn't matter where or how bets are placed.
ie, a bet placed on a race via the betfair mobile app it will still be visible if you open that market in Bet Angel

The only way of keeping them separate would be to use another Betfair account

You can do it but you have to be careful about which rules might conflict.

Betfair has had a way around this issue for years but betangel cant do it yet.
