Percentage change custom column

I want to analyse late money for the races and I've made custom columns for lay odds 5mins ago,3mins ago,2mins ago and 1 min ago. But i want to make another custom column for the percentage change in lay odds from 5mins out compared to the live lay odds too see how much theyve come in.

How do i do this?

Store the value of the selections book% price at 5mins
Then store it again (as i=often as you want), but minus off the first stored value

There's an example here which does that using the VWAP, so you could start with that and just change the market data it stores from VWAP to Book%
