Help A Newbie

Hey all,
Just started with Bet Angel, have used bots in the past but this seems to be more advanced.
A couple of questions.
In the watch list I have downloaded the football scores in watch list and goal alert selection, and enabled alerts, once the match has started the score shows as 0-0 and never changes, even when goals are scored. Any suggestions?
Also I am betting inplay on soccer matches. I had the option for green up, clicked on the green up but nothing happened. No matched bets, no unmatched bets.
Tried it again on a different market and it worked fine. Is this just a Betfair glitch?
I have done this successfully about 10 times today with no issue
