Keep all unmatched bets

Morning All,

Could some help with this thanks, I really have struggled with why I dont get it.

I have built a rule to place a back bet 5 sec before the start of a football match and use Global settings to place an offset bet with greening at the same time. All works fine.

I then need the "offset bet with greening" to be kept at Inplay.

So I have a second rule where I use the rule type " Keep All Unmatched Bets" I have that rule always armed. But when the match goes Iplay the bet is cancelled, this is what I dont understand why?

I had huge issues with this due to start times not reflecting what is in the system and consequently the back bet was triggered just before the game started and not leaving enough time to keep it in play. The assumption is all unmatched bets are cancelled at the start of play, only thing I can suggest is increasing your time before the game to put it all in, 5 seconds may be too tight

Having the keep unmatched bets rule always armed and with no conditions means as soon as you apply it to a market it's going to trigger - which is probably going to be several hours before you've even placed your bet

To keep unmatched bets (just like if manually clicking the keep unmatched bets button) the unmatched matched need to be in the market - any unmatched bets placed after you've clicked the keep unmatched bets button or triggered the keep unmatched bets rule won't be included unless you click the button again or re-trigger the rule

So you need to ensure you trigger the rule AFTER the last of your bets have been placed including any offsets, which ca be done using both the appropriate arm time and or conditions to test the bets have been placed
