Intervals in History Lists

I want to create moving averages. As I understand the interval of the values in the history lists are dependent on the combination of refresh rate and time before re-arming, which makes it dependent on the number of markets in guardian, this number will vary. How can I ensure the interval between the values in the list will always be fixed(e.g., 1 minute).

I don't need to use an excessive amount of markets, not more than 60, so I think they could update in 1 minute intervals with a refresh rate of 1 s/1000 ms and no wait-time before re-arming. However sometimes I might have 20, 25, 30 markets in such cases the intervals between values would be much shorter than 1 minute.
