Ladder greening method modes

The greening figure at the top of the ladder assumes a full fill at the current price. Could there be 2nd greening button that considers the depth required to get fully fillled?

In weak markets you could be showing +50 on BA because there's £1 available, but on the site it's showing you'd have to settle for -40 to close out.

I also think that it should be possible to disable the greening button as it could easily be clicked as it's so close to other useful settings.

Double click would be a good safety? Disabling is more dev time with options, saved settings changes, user guide updates etc.

Unless it'll attract more business, development costs come out of Peter's wallet. You'll need to sell the ideas better, or think of the cheap and cheerful way if you want him to spend the kids' inheritance on them
