Over 1.5 goals strategy

Hi all,

I am looking to do an over 1.5 goals strategy

I am looking at games where I am backing over 1.5 goals where the SP is 1.27 or greater and also back 0-0 for a certain amount relative to the potential profit.

So for example, If I place £100 on over 1.5 goals at 1.4 then I would make (after 2% Betfair tax) a profit of £39.20 but only if there are two goals or more in the game.

I would then like to place £26.20 on the 0-0 which leaves me with £13 profit if the game ends with 2 goals or more.

Is it possible to create a rule to understand what my potential profit will be so I can back 0-0 for a specific amount?

I suppose I could add a rule based on the odds I am backed at so for example: If i get backed at 1.4 then place a bet for £26.20 on 0-0, if i get backed at 1.41 then place £27.18 on 0-0 and so on. I am more than prepared to do this if this is the only way of going about it.

Also, If a goal is scored in the 1st half then I want to take whatever profit the over 1.5 goals market is offering me 1 minute after the goal is scored, but keep the entire original £100 still running. I know this can be done and am trying to get my head around it.

So, if its 0-0 at HT, I cash out fully on of 0-0 and whatever I am being offered in the over 1.5 goals market, if its 1-0 to either team at HT then I cash out on over 1.5 goals. At HT my main bets are completed.

I am also going to place some pre match bets which are very straight forward and need no further in play automation or to ever be cashed out, these will be very easy to add so I believe I will be ok with this section.

I have been on here a few days now and watching as many videos and learning as much as I can but I am sure that to the experts these are quite simple things to do, if anyone can help me out here, any files/videos/advice would be much appreciated.

Just reading this, I can't work out what the actual strategy is, you bet on o1.5 first and then 0-0 a few minutes later ? How does that make profit ?
