NOT logic

I just wanted to let anyone out there who is struggling to know how to apply a NOT condition to a rule. Often you can find ways to do it with greater than or less than operators but some times you don't have that luxury and you just want to say a condition is NOT a value
I had this problem where I wanted something to happen when a SV changed a short while ago. However, if you wanted something else to happen if that condition wasn't true.
To achieve this I created a group rule that uses the option "none of the conditions in the group can be true". Inside the group you include your condition. This rule is applied when the condition is false. You'll have a second rule that uses the same condition that is applied when true.
