Anyone else having issues ? It's taking an age to respond for me

All other sites, ping response and speedtest check out for me so assuming it's a forum issue

Very slow responses yesterday and today - Chrome or Firefox on high speed fibre

Either suffering ongoing attacks or needs a reboot unless something changed recently

Almost unusable

Seems to be intermittent. Just after I posted, it sped up. Now back slow again

I mentioned it a few days ago on the football thread. It takes about 20 seconds for the forum to respond.

Yes, we have some problems which we are looking to resolve.

It seems intermittent, making it difficult to trap the specific cause.

We may take it off line at some point for a complete resolution.

Ye it's been painfully slow for a few days now, not just since yesterday

Probably a DNS issue, it's usually the root of all problems

We isolated the issue to mass requests coming from a specific source. Now have mitigated that, the load on the server has returned to normal and the forum is performant again.

DDOS attack I'm guessing then. Might be a few candidates out there
