Quick pick 'current' selection background colour

As someone who trades the UK horse racing markets I typically have the Quick Pick tab on the Market Selection window open throughout my trading session. While flicking between the markets is simple I do find it difficult to quickly identify the current market as selected in the quick picks.

Is there any chance you could make the background colour used for the current selection stand out a bit more?
