Hi guys,

I am trying to setup automation with stored values.

I am trying to dutch some runners for a "Target Profit" (like you can do manually very easy).

Just wondering how you would go about doing this with automation. I assume you would need to calculate and store the STAKE amount needed in comparison to the odds. Also calculate the book% and total stake same as in the manual dutching.

Any ideas appreciated

The calculations needed means it's far from straight forward thing to set up if trying to set an actual target profit, there are examples like this one if you just want an equal profit using the book%

An example has been created here using stored values to achieve a target profit which might get you on your way but each additional runner requires 10 fold the number of calculations

Hi. In the same vein as this one.. Is there a way to automate a secondary rule for the liability of the potential profit.

For example if you lay 2nd and 3rd for a book price in rule one. Is there a way to lay 1st for a liability of the profit.

So say rule 1 would simply lay the 1nd and 2nd stall for the book and the potential profit would be £2.
Could the 2nd rule then lay 3rd stall automatically for the £2? To make the net stake for that section effectively £0?

Would that be something to do with Stored Value conditions?

Any help with this would be greatly received. Even if its just a "no go" so I can move on

All the best!
