automation triggering late

Hi all

I'm new to automation and have been testing out the lay the draw strategy. Its been going well but I had one today which seemed to go wrong and i'm not sure why. I had a back stop at 1 hr 30 mins from event start time, to green up. This should have triggered at 19.00 but it didn't trigger till 19.19.44 so right at the end and i lost more than I should of.

Any idea why this might of happened? I am very confused!
