Define if there is a crossover between two stored values

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anybody knows a way of defining to bet angel is there is an incremental price point between two stored values that are each holding a price?

This would be on a lay bet rule so ideally I would be looking for a condition to be met for my lay bet to be placed which defines if there is crossover point in between the stored values holding the prices.
