Making Settings stick

Every time I log on to BA my settings revert to factory default. I have made a profile of how I want them, but it won't stick; nor will any other changes I make. It's really annoying when I forget that 'Confirm bets' is switched on and I apply a rule to 100 markets! BA surely can't be this clunky - what am I doing wrong?

When you come to log on, select the profiles you want to be the default from the drop down lists (BA will log in using those settings going forward).

I ran into the same problem once. I'd been a BA subscriber for 5 years, and had to appeal to the good folk on here for advice. Dallas probably solved it without blinking.
