Hey everyone!
I'm laying a player at the start of the second set. Then, if he gets broken, I lay the winning player once more. If my player gets the break back, I want to reduce liability by the amount of the stake of the second bet. And thus leaving the first bet active and waiting for my player to take the lead. What would be the best rule to do that? Because as far as I understand - the usual approach will green the whole selection.
Green up only partly
Whilst you have correctly answered the question Dallas, this is once again a situation where a user might benefit from my previous green-up percentage suggestion, whereby you could green-up a fixed percentage at the chosen ladder odds - suggested percentages I believe were 100%, 50%, 33⅓%, 25%, 20% and 10%.
As the greening P&L ladder already knows and displays the 100% stake to back/lay, this really should be an easy update to add with a simple box at the top of the column with the percentage options to choose from - the stakes at that selected percentage would then be displayed in the greening P&L column.
Bottom line is it means that you could easily scale out of your position with greening at different odds and thereby maximising your position.

excellent suggestion. takes the brainwork out of the equation and makes it super slick for manual users. would also be a nice addition for automation parameters on greening.Tuco wrote: ↑Wed May 29, 2024 12:57 pmWhilst you have correctly answered the question Dallas, this is once again a situation where a user might benefit from my previous green-up percentage suggestion, whereby you could green-up a fixed percentage at the chosen ladder odds - suggested percentages I believe were 100%, 50%, 33⅓%, 25%, 20% and 10%.
