Sending moving stored value to Guardian

Discussion regarding the spreadsheet functionality of Bet Angel.

Wondering if there was a better way to have a moving SV to be sent to guardian, currently using the clear status cell code, not sure if I am missing something but is there a reason the SV doesn't simply update when the target cell updates?
