Can somebody help me with Automation ...

I have rule that update custom ranking and sort them in order of fav by their Starting Price.

Now my question is if two horse have same starting price do they belong on the same rank?
If so how can i set my automation to bet on both horses ?

Yesterday i had situation where 2 horse were with same BSP @24 and my bot place bet only on one horse (and the other horse was a winner )

There current Betfair row orders would be used as a secondary sort
So if both the 3rd fav's had the same SP whichever was in the lowest Betfair row will be assigned 3rd fav and the other as the 4th fav

Depends how you have the rule configured but you could add a 'Number of place bet triggers' condition and test the number placed on the selection or market

Funnily enough, I have a similar issue using custom ranks, I have duplicates in the ranking so want to use back price as a secondary sort, not runner order.

Anyone (Dallas ) , have any thoughts how I can achieve that ?

Technically there isn't a secondary sort, its just always defaulted to the Betfair row order whenever using any of the sorts if there are two equal values going back well before Stored values etc

To implement a second sort would be a bit of a long winding approach but off the top of my head comparing the values of 1st fav and 2nd fav, 2nd fav and 3rd fav, 3rd fav and 4th fav...... and so on
are equal then set a signal/SV
then use that being set as a condition to trigger a second custom sort
