VARS & Bet Settlement Error

Hi,

I was trading the Inter v Venezia game last night and had layed Inter in MO. Game went 1-1 in the 98th min and my BOT then LTD with the profit. Then the dreaded VARS! Goal chopped off but not before market corrected and shot out which then triggered my Take Profit BOT on the draw.

After FT my P&L was all over the place and when the dust settled my DRAW lay was VOID and my DRAW back was not void. This left me with a massive red and my account in negative!

I've discussed this with Betfair CS but that was a waste of time - "The bet was indeed placed during the VAR check, however, the time the bet was matched was after the VAR call concluded. In the instance of bets being voided due to a VAR decision, only bets matched during the VAR period would be voided. I understand this is not the outcome you were looking for, and I appreciate you reaching out to us regarding this"

So to simplify - SUSPENDED - GOAL 1-1 98th - Lay the Draw - Back the Draw - VAR Goal Chopped Off - FT - SUSPENDED

(Lay the draw VOID) (Back the Draw not VOID)

Surely there should have been a SUSPENDED after the VAR decission and then all bets VOID rather than just cancelling a portion of bets and leaving trading away with fake profits?

I would appreciate any advise.
