Betfair makes restriction for my country

Hi, today my friend tried to create account in croatia, but it say's that registration from croatia is restricted. Which is weird because i can access to betfair from croatia... Hm... Does that mean that in future Croatia will be banned completly for every Croatia user or only for new one who wants to registar? Thanks for answer

I was a remainer, but I do not think you can blame Brexit for everything.

I would guess from Betfair's point of view, it's a little more to do with regulations ,the eCash system and taxation within Croatia, than Brexit.
