This is absolutely brilliant and make no excuse for giving it it's own thread. Does it make you feel proud Sir Keir?

Where are The Kunts this year with their traditional pathetically puerile stab at the establishment?

I was thinking that none of these actors look particularly British. Then low and behold...

What if you're a pensioner who farms in his spare time? Keir must REALLY hate you then.ForFolksSake wrote: ↑Mon Dec 09, 2024 4:27 pmI thought Firlands was a farmer and Starmer couldn't give a fork about them as well

It was paid into pensioners’ wallets at the beginning of this month – after millions were stripped of their winter fuel allowance... talk about taking the piss

Strangely enough I was looking at eligibility criteria for pensioner credit...
Basically assisted accommodation & heehaw income.
So if you can afford to drink the odd pint once a week it's very likely you do not qualify.
And in other breaking news:
- 64% of the self-employed between the ages of 60 & 65 have no private pension savings...
Another group we may have to ask our young to subsidise during their retirement.

Before very long the only people who will be able to retire are public sector employees with there fabulous inflation proofed pensions for life. They are the ones that have just been given 22%+ pay rises this yearsionascaig wrote: ↑Mon Dec 09, 2024 5:02 pmStrangely enough I was looking at eligibility criteria for pensioner credit...
