Market was very quickly settled, then unsettled again. Chilli Queen was withdrawn but not removed from the market.

I seem to remember reading a post on here about a market resettlement after a chunky 1.01 bet which was the result of a compromised account. But is the exchange in the habit of reversing cock-ups?

Perhaps today’s fat finger at Southwell was the result of a similar technical issue, allowing a customer to exceed their maximum liability.
I mean, what are we talking about otherwise? Someone with 132K in their account and a bot running amok?

Wow, that's the record! There was something similar ~7-10 years ago at some irish racecourse, but it was a lot less, a few 10's of k.
My foilhatclub theory is that bf is the backer - motivates people to place more lay orders, good for advertising, and not so expensive if you do this once in a few years, they're getting back some of this in a form of commission and PC anyway.
