Just would like to know extents of automation rules
5 is max top level rules you can apply to a race?
Within a top level rule how many sub rules can you add for it to work as intended?
Sub rules work off hierarchy e.g. they cycle through each rule in list order then starts again?
When would you have a separate top level rule as opposed to sub rules within rules, is that more to keep certain strategies seperate, there are no other benefits?
1, Yes, for five more you can open a 2nd instance of Bet Angel
2, Its more than capable of handling well over 100 rules with zero impact on performance
3, Yes, thats correct
4, Main reason to have them in an order is if a rule triggering is dependant on another, ie, if you are settings a signal/stored value with one rule and another rule places a bet if that signal/stored value is present.
Having the rule that sets the signal/stored file located above the bet rules means both can trigger within the same refresh, if they are the other way around the bet rule can't trigger, the signal/stored value may then be set and you'll then have to wait until the next market refresh before bet rule can trigger
Apart from that keeping them in order by strategy etc won't impact their performance it'll just make it easier for you by keeping them organised
